摘要
目前,钛合金的应用在各个行业中发挥了重要作用,尤其体现在航空航天领域中的核心发动机零部件的制造方面.锆(Zr)是目前高温钛合金中应用最为广泛的中性元素,为维持钛合金的稳定性发挥着极大的作用.通过化学分析的方法对钛合金中Zr的含量和性能进行研究,可以分析Zr元素对钛合金的作用和影响.论文主要运用EDTA容量法和苦杏仁酸重量法,对钛合金中Zr的含量进行了讨论与研究.
At present,the application of titanium alloy plays an important role in all walks of life,especially in the manufacture of core engine parts in the aerospace industry.Zirconium(Zr)is the most widely used neutral element in high-temperature titanium alloys and plays a significant role in maintaining the stability of titanium alloys.The content and properties of Zr in titanium alloy were studied by chemical analysis method,and the effect and influence of Zr element on titanium alloy can be analyzed.This paper mainly uses EDTA volumetric method and bitter almond acid weight method to discuss and study the content of Zr in titanium alloy.
