建筑的高度与地下室的实际建设情况直接相关,换而言之,地下室的施工质量会对高层建筑的使用产生直接影响.因此,做好高层建筑工程和地下室的建设工作至关重要.基于此,论文首先分析了地下室渗漏的原因,然后具体阐述了高层建筑和地下室防渗漏的相关施工技术.

The height of the building is directly related to the actual construction of the basement.In other words,the construction quality of the basement will have a direct impact on the use of high-rise building.Therefore,it is of vital importance to do a good job in the construction of high-rise building and basement.Based on this,this paper firstly analyzes the causes of basement leakage,and then elaborates the related seepage prevention construction technologies of the high-rise building and basement.
