摘要
数控铣床在当前零件加工中的应用较为广泛,能够在提升生产工作效率的同时,满足对零件加工质量的要求.在数控铣床加工中,薄板类零件的夹具是最为关键的一个工具类型,能够在保障零件位置准确性的同时,适应大批量加工生产的工作要求.论文通过分析专用夹具的优势与作用,探索数控铣床加工中薄板类零件的夹具设计与制作方案,明确其设计关键点,为相关工作人员提供参考与建议.
CNC milling machine is widely used in parts machining at present,which can not only improve the production efficiency,but also meet the requirements of parts machining quality.In CNC milling machine,the fixture of thin plate parts is the most key tool type,which can not only ensure the accuracy of parts position,but also meet the requirements of mass processing and production.By analyzing the advantages and functions of the special fixture,this paper explores the fixture design and manufacture scheme of thin plate parts in CNC milling machine,identifies the key points of its design,so as to provide reference and suggestions for relevant staff.
