摘要
以吉茶高速公路麻栗场隧道为工程背景,针对该通车隧道,介绍了探地雷达在无损检测应用中的工作原理,包括测线布置、采集参数设定、现场检测和后期资料处理解释。因该隧道通车出现病害,通过雷达测线剖面了解隧道围岩的岩溶分布范围及发育规律,并通过几幅典型雷达图像分析了不同异常情况在雷达图像上的反映,为处理麻栗场隧道安全隐患提供了及时准确的数据资料。实践证明,探地雷达能够对隧道围岩实施连续扫描,图像直观、经济快速,能够确定出具有工程灾害诱因的缺陷,为隧道的养护维修提供充分的科学依据。
Taking Malichang Tunnel of Ji-Cha Expressway as the engineering background,aiming at the open-traffic tunnel,the working principle of ground penetrating radar in the application of nondestructive testing is introduced,including the layout of measuring lines,setting of acquisition parameters,on-site test and post-processing and interpretation of data.Because of the diseases of open-traffic tunnel,the karst distribution range and development rule of the surrounding rock of tunnel are understood through the radar line profile,and the reflection of different abnormal conditions on radar images is analyzed through several typical radar images.In order to provide timely and accurate data for dealing with the potential safety hazards of Malichang Tunnel,practice has proved that,the ground penetrating radar can scan the surrounding rock of the tunnel continuously with intuitional,economic and rapid image,and identify the defects with inducement of engineering disasters,so as to provide sufficient scientific basis for the maintenance of the tunnel.
