基于ArcGIS的遵义县煤矿矿山救护队选址研究

摘要 许多矿山救护队因选址随意性大、不合理等问题,使其到服务矿井的距离超过30分钟的行车距离,不仅严重影响矿山应急救援的时效性,还造成了矿山应急救援资源的浪费。通过建立改进的相互从属层级选址模型,并基于ArcGIS得到的道路时间矩阵,运用MATLAB软件求解,得到遵义县煤矿矿山救护中队和救护大队的最佳数量及最优布局。使矿山应急救援系统中的救护队建设更科学、救援资源的利用更充分、应急救援更及时有效,同时,对其它区域矿山救护队的建设提供参考作用,对完善我国矿山应急救援系统有着重要的现实意义。 Because of the randomness and unreasonability of site selection, many Coal Mine Rescue Teams have more than 30 minutes ’driving distance to serve the accident coal mine, which not only seriously affects the timeliness of mine emergency rescue, but also causes waste of mine emergency rescue resources.By establishing an improved level of mutually dependent location model, and based on ArcGIS solving road time matrix, using the appropriate software to solve, get the best quantity and optimal layout of Zunyi County coal mine rescue squadron and ambulance brigade. Solve the problem of blindness and randomness site mine rescue team, so mine emergency rescue system rescue team building more scientific use of rescue resources more fully, more timely and effective emergency response, while other regional mine rescue team building to provide guidance, on the Improvement of the mine emergency rescue system has important practical significance.
