“牵引机+简易装车平台”在高瓦斯三软煤层综采回撤中的应用

Tractor + Simple Loading Platform in High Gas Three Soft Coal Seam Application of Fully Mechanized Mining Withdrawal

针对王家寨煤矿高瓦斯三软中厚煤层综采工作面回撤中存在的断绳、冒顶、工作效率低下等问题,提出了“牵引机+简易装车平台”综采工作面回撤技术。试验证明,使用“牵引机+简易装车平台”回撤技术,解决了绞车回撤工艺中存在的问题,综采工作面在回撤过程中的安全性、经济性、工作效率等方面都得到有效提高。

Retrace Technical Measures of Fully Mechanized Working Face,Tractor+Simple Loading Platform is put forward to solve the problems such as rope breakage,roof fall and low working efficiency in the withdrawal of fully mechanized mining face in high gas,three soft and medium thick seams of Wangjiazhai Coal Mine.The results of experiment showed that the withdrawal technology of"tractor+simple loading plat-form"solves the problems existing in the withdrawal technology of winch,and the safety,economy and efficiency of fully mechanized mining face in the withdrawal process have been effectively improved.
