专业认证背景下应用型地方本科院校土木工程专业人才培养体系的构建与实践

Construction and Practice on the Reform of Civil Engineering Professionals System in Applied Local Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Professional Certification

专业认证是否通过是所培养的毕业生是否达到行业既定质量标准的标志。以土木工程专业认证为目标和标准,结合贵州工程应用技术学院应用型地方本科院校的特色,通过广泛的行业调研,确定了适合地方经济发展的人才培养目标,以学生的就业方向反推了符合OBE教育理念的毕业要求。为达到毕业要求制定了分方向模块化的课程体系和以能力为导向的实践教学方式,构建了满足专业认证土木工程专业人才培养体系,以期对地方性本科院校土木工程专业的建设和发展提供参考。

The professional certification is a sign that the graduates who meets the industry's established quality standards.Targeting at civil engineering professional certification and standards,combiningthe characteristics of applied local undergraduate colleges for GuizhouUniversity of Engineering and Science,through a wide range of industry research,a talent training targets have been determined which is suitable for local economic development.According to the direction of students'employment,the graduation requirements in line with OBE education philosophy are pushed backwards.In order to meet the requirements of graduation,a modular curriculum and ability-oriented practical teaching method have been developed,and a talent cultivation system for civil engineering has been established to meet the requirements of professional certification.This paper hopes to provide reference for the construction and development of civil engineering majors in local undergraduate colleges.
