冠心病PCI术后病人出院准备度及影响因素分析

Analysis of the readiness for hospital discharge and its influencing factors in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI

[目的]了解冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)术后病人的出院准备度现状,分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、出院准备度量表和社会支持评定量表对121例心血管内科冠心病PCI术后病人进行调查。[结果]冠心病行PCI术后病人出院准备度总分为(97.72±13.22)分,多元线性回归分析显示:家庭人均月收入、合并症数量是病人感知出院准备度的影响因素,且出院准备度和社会支持呈正相关。[结论]冠心病PCI术后病人出院准备度较好;医护人员在对病人评估时应充分考虑病人出院准备度的主要影响因素,制定健康教育方案时应重视社会支持系统对冠心病出院准备度的积极影响。

Objective:To understand the current status quo of the readiness for hospital discharge in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),and analyze the influencing factors.Methods:One hundred and twenty-one patients with CHD after PCI were investigated by the general information questionnaire,the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale,and Social Support Rating Scale.Results:The total score of the Readiness for Hospital Discharge Scale in patients with CHD after PCI was(97.72±13.22).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that the monthly income of the family and the number of complications were the factors affecting the patient′s readiness for hospital discharge.The readiness for hospital discharge was positively correlated with the social support.Conclusions:Patients with CHD after PCI have better readiness for hospital discharge.Medical staff should fully consider the main influencing factors of readiness for hospital discharge when evaluating patients.When formulating health education programs,we should pay attention to the positive impact of the social support system on the readiness for hospital discharge in patients with CHD.
