老挝南塔河1号水电站工程溢洪道金属结构设计

摘要 老挝南塔河1号水电站工程溢洪道金属结构设备具有大跨度、高水头、运行工况复杂、投资大等特点,设计人员对其工作闸门门型选择经过技术、经济、运行等方面分析比较,选用弧形闸门方案,依据工程经验对弧形闸门支铰轴承外圈、内圈的材料选取进行优化,提高闸门安全可靠性。文章介绍该方案的工作闸门、检修闸门、启闭机布置与设计要点。该工程已投产,泄水闸金属结构设备运行安全合理,达到预期效果。该工程的金属结构设计可供类似工程参考。 The metal structure equipment of spillway of Nam Tha No.1 Hydropower Station in Laos has the characteristics of large span, high head, complex operation condition and large investment. The designer has analyzed and compared the selection of working gate type through technology, economy and operation, and selected the radial gate scheme. According to the engineering experience, the material selection of outer ring and inner ring of radial gate hinge bearing is optimized to improve the safety and reliability of the gate. This paper introduces the layout and design points of the working gate, overhaul gate and hoist of the scheme. The project has been put into operation. The metal structure equipment of the sluice works safely and reasonably, and achieves the expected results. The metal structure design of this project can be used as a reference for similar projects.
