摘要
电压互感器、电流互感器变比不一致给多回路供电线路最大需量的计量造成困难,通过将变比考虑进去,将需量值折算为一次侧数据后进行叠加,叠加后再折算至二次侧的方法可以解决上述问题。该方法的实践应用,最大化保证电能计量的公平、公正,维护供用电双方利益,对做好电能计量的服务与管理具有重要意义。
The inconsistency of transformation ratio between voltage transformer and current transformer makes it difficult to measure the maximum demand of multiloop power supply lines. The problem can be solved by taking the transformation ratio into account, converting the demand value into primary side data and superimposing them, and then converting them into secondary side data. The practical application of this method can maximize the fairness and impartiality of electric energy measurement and safeguard the interests of both suppliers and users, which is of great significance to the service and management of electric energy measurement.
