摘要
文章主要介绍了在国内采用施耐德昆腾系列高端PLC的各大型水力发电厂共同出现的LCU总线通信故障问题。此问题对各大水电厂都是严重的安全隐患,为了解决这个安全隐患,笔者经过详细分析故障原因,进而解剖故障设备本体,通过改变设备安装结构,最终成功解决了此项难题。
This paper mainly introduces the common problems of LCU bus communication failure in large hydropower plants using Schneider Kunteng series high-end PLC in China. This problem is a serious potential safety hazard for all large hydropower plants. In order to solve this potential safety hazard, the author analyzed the causes of the failure in detail, then dissected the fault equipment body, and finally successfully solved the problem by changing the installation structure of the equipment.
