乌江渡发电厂1号机400 V动力盘进线开关跳闸的原因分析及处理

Cause Analysis and Treatment of 400V Power Disk Incoming Switch Trip of Unit 1 in Wujiangdu Power Plant

乌江渡发电厂1号机400V动力盘进线开关跳闸后,专业人员从电气一次、电气二次、机械方面进行了综合分析。经分析发现,进线开关与负荷开关脱扣单元定值、软启动器定值的设置及压油系统单向阀的可靠性是造成跳闸的根本原因。文中的分析方法及思路对其他电厂同类事件的分析处理有很好的借鉴意义。

After the trip of 400V power disk incoming switch of Unit 1 in Wujiangdu Power Plant, the professionals made a comprehensive analysis from the electrical primary, electrical secondary and mechanical aspects. Through analysis, it is found that the basic causes of trip are the setting of tripping unit value of incoming switch and load switch, the setting of the value of soft starter and the reliability of check valve of oil pressure system. The analysis methods and ideas in this paper can be used for reference in the analysis and treatment of similar incidents in other power plants.
