摘要 首先对轴承部件进行寿命预估;然后,以某平台上摆杆推力调心滚子轴承为例,通过理论计算得出摆杆部位在用推力调心滚子轴承预估寿命,并分析轴承受力情况,建立摆杆推力调心滚子轴承有限元模型;最后,通过有限元模型计算该轴承应力集中点及在应力集中情况下的受力变形情况,将前期拆下的摆杆推力调心滚子轴承损坏情况与该有限元模型进行对比,说明该计算方法对轴承部件的寿命计算及预估有一定借鉴意义. Firstly,the life prediction of the bearing components is carried out.Then,taking the pendulum thrust spherical roller bearing on a platform as an example,the life expectancy of the thrust spherical roller bearing is obtained through theoretical calculation,and the bearing is analyzed.In the case of force,the finite element model of the pendulum thrust spherical roller bearing is established.Finally,the stress concentration point of the bearing and the force deformation under stress concentration are calculated by the finite element model,and the pendulum thrust centering removed in the previous stage is adjusted.The damage of the roller bearing is compared with the finite element model,which shows that the calculation method has certain reference significance for the calculation and estimation of the life of the bearing components.
