摘要
基于物联网与自动化机构发展时代背景,运用UG三维建模与仿真进行市场调研,设计了一种利用臭氧进行杀菌消毒除臭、利用PTC空气加热器进行烘干除湿防霉以及利用自动化结构自动放鞋取鞋的智能鞋柜.该鞋柜属于封闭式鞋柜,内部采用链式循环结构来增大鞋柜容量;外部采用隐藏设计方案,使可嵌入墙体内部达到一定隐藏效果,也可置于门外当作外置鞋柜,以此解决传统鞋柜过小、容量受限等缺点,也消除了鞋柜过大带来的不便与不美观问题.
Based on the background of the development of Internet of Things and automation organizations,UG 3D modeling and simulation was used for market research,designing a kind of ozone for sterilization and deodorization,using PTC air heater for drying and dehumidification and mildew,and using automatic structure to automatically put shoes.Take the smart shoe cabinet.The shoe cabinet is a closed shoe cabinet.The internal chain structure is used to increase the capacity of the shoe cabinet.The external design adopts a hidden design,which can be embedded into the wall to achieve a certain hidden effect.It can also be placed outside the door as an external shoe cabinet.In order to solve the shortcomings of the limited capacity of the traditional shoe cabinet,the inconvenience and the unsightly problem caused by the excessive size of the shoe cabinet are also eliminated.
