摘要
以DM4800加工中心、CK61100车床以及ST-42车床为载体,通过对机床再制造,功能上匹配额外的执行机构、系统上定制集成华中HNC-818数控系统,借助HNC-IMS制造平台,开发出一套控制3台再制造机床的逻辑单元群系统.通过平台上的各种数据模块,深度挖掘数控机床与平台大数据管理能力的关系,形成定制单元群系统功能组件,更加有效地提高数控机床管理效率、加工效率以及加工质量,保障机床健康工作.
With the DM4800 machining center,CK61100 lathe and ST-42 lathe as the carrier,through the remanufacturing of the machine tool,the function is matched with the additional actuator,the system is customized and integrated with the HNC-818 CNC system,and the HNC-IMS manufacturing platform is used to develop a A set of logic cell group systems that control three remanufacturing machines.Through the various data modules on the platform,the relationship between CNC machine tools and platform big data management capabilities is deeply explored,and the functional components of customized unit group systems are formed to more effectively improve the management efficiency,processing efficiency and processing quality of CNC machine tools,and ensure the healthy work of machine tools.
