集中式驱动纯电动车振动特性试验研究

摘要 通过纯电动汽车振动试验,给出了整车模态频率布置图,全面掌握了振动特性,包括励磁顺序特性,传递路径瞬态振动特性和车辆舒适性.另外,总结了车辆试验中出现的振动现象,比较了电动车与传统车辆在励磁特性和振动幅度特性方面的异同,希望能够为电动汽车振动诊断和相关系统优化提供实验支持. Through the vibration test of pure electric vehicle,the layout diagram of the modal frequency of the whole vehicle is given,and the vibration characteristics,including the excitation sequence characteristics,the transmission path transient vibration characteristics and the vehicle comfort,are comprehensively grasped.In addition,the vibration phenomena appearing in the vehicle test are summarized.The similarities and differences between the electric vehicle and the traditional vehicle in terms of excitation characteristics and vibration amplitude characteristics are compared.It is hoped to provide experimental support for vibration diagnosis and related system optimization of electric vehicles.
