摘要
表面粗糙度是叶片加工质量的一个重要评定要素,而影响加工表面粗糙度的要素很多.基于此,以刀具参数、刀轨以及切削参数产生的理论残差作为研究内容,并提出表面粗糙度形成的数学模型.
Surface roughness is an important evaluation factor for the quality of blade processing,and there are many factors that affect the roughness of the machined surface.Based on this,the theoretical residuals generated by tool parameters,tool path and cutting parameters are taken as the research content,and the mathematical model of surface roughness formation is proposed.
