摘要
针对某电厂1000MW机组原吹灰汽源安全性差、经济效益低以及设备故障率高等情况,通过实地考察、计算,最终选用低温再热器入口及出口进行混合,对吹灰汽源吹灰方式进行分析,验证改造后的锅炉经济性、安全性都得到了显著提高.
In view of the poor safety of the original soot blowing steam source of a 1000MW unit in a power plant,low economic efficiency and high equipment failure rate,through field investigation and calculation,the low temperature reheater inlet and outlet are finally used for mixing,and the soot blowing method of the soot blowing source is carried out.Analysis and verification that the economic and safety of the modified boiler have been significantly improved.
