自主互助式实训教学组织模式的研究与实践

在机械制造与自动化专业中建立教学改革试验班,将企业管理模式引入试验班实训教学中,参照工厂组织管理制度,在学生实训时采取分角色分组自主互助式组织形式,进行了三个学年探索与实践,以期全面提高学生专业能力、操作能力及实践能力.通过对实训教学改革实践介绍与分析,探索培养高职人才新方法,为职业院校校内独立实训课程组织实施提供了有益借鉴.

Established a teaching reform experiment class in the mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty,introduced the enterprise management model into the experimental class training teaching,and referred to the factory organization management system.The study and practice of the school year,with a view to comprehensively improving students’professional,operational and practical skills.Through the introduction and analysis of practical training reform practice,the new methods of cultivating higher vocational talents are explored,which provides a useful reference for the organization and implementation of independent training courses in vocational colleges.
