Countermeasures of Liaoning Provincial Government’s Electronic Records Management

从一个基层政府电子文件管理者的角度,针对辽宁省政府电子文件管理的现实问题,提出四个方面的解决对策。首先做到制度规范先行;其次抓好管理主体;再次做到数据存储标准化;最后统筹规划项目建设,最终达到加强政府电子文件管理的目的。

From the view of the basic level government electronic records manager, this paper puts forward four countermeasures to solve the practical problems of Liaoning provincial government’s electronic records management. First of all, rules and regulations should be put first. Secondly, the main body of management should be well managed. Thirdly, data storage should be standardized. Finally, project construction should be comprehensively planned. Ultimately the goal of strengthening the management of government electronic records can be achieved.
