新剂型20%吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺微囊悬浮剂防治水稻稻瘟病的田间药效试验

摘要 [目的]验证新剂型产品20%吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺微囊悬浮剂用于防治水稻稻瘟病的防治效果及安全性,确定该产品的使用剂量及施药技术。[方法]设计有效成份用量75、90、105ga.i/hm^2的试验药剂20%吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺微囊悬浮剂,对照药剂9%吡唑醚菌酯微囊悬浮剂99ga.i/hm^2、240g/L噻呋酰胺悬浮剂90ga.i/hm^2,和空白对照6个处理。[结果]20%吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺微囊悬浮剂可有效防治水稻稻瘟病,对水稻生长安全,生态环境未见不良影响。[结论]推荐20%吡唑醚菌酯·噻呋酰胺微囊悬浮剂用于防治水稻稻瘟病,建议使用剂量为有效成分90~105ga.i/hm^2。 [Objection]The aim was to verify the control effect and safety of 20% pyraclostrobin and thiafuramide microcapsule suspension in the new dosage form and determine the optimal dosage.[Method]Six treatments were used to calculate the control effect including 20% pyraclostrobin and thiafuramide microcapsule suspension at a dosage of 75,95 and 105 ga.i/hm^2,9% pyraclostrobin and thiafuramide microcapsule suspension at a dosage of 99 ga.i/hm^2,240g/L thiafuramide microcapsule suspension at a dosage of 90 ga.i/hm^2 and blank control.[Result]20% pyraclostrobin and thiafuramide microcapsule suspension had the best control effect of rice blast without harmful effects.[Conclusion]20% pyraclostrobin and thiafuramide microcapsule suspension with the dosage of 90-105 ga.i/ hm2 has the best control effect on rice blast.
