辽宁省乡村产业振兴发展现状分析

Analysis on the Development Situation of Rural Industry Revitalization in Liaoning Province

产业振兴是乡村振兴的首要任务。辽宁省乡村产业振兴基础较好,是全国13个粮食主产省之一,主要农产品产量位居全国前列,农业农村经济结构逐步优化,农业产业化经营水平显著提高,农村基本经营制度不断巩固和完善,但也面临着国际国内两个市场的机遇与挑战,农业发展基础仍然存在薄弱环节,城乡发展不平衡不充分,县域经济发展水平整体滞后。该文针对辽宁省乡村产业振兴发展现状进行分析,并提出相关的政策建议。

Industrial revitalization was the primary task of rural revitalization.Liaoning Province had a good foundation for rural industrial revitalization.It was one of the 13 major grain producing provinces in China.The output of major agricultural products ranked in the forefront of China.The economic structure of agriculture and rural areas was gradually optimized,the level of agricultural industrialization was significantly improved,and the basic rural management system was continuously consolidated.It also met the opportunities and challenges of the international and domestic markets.The foundation of agricultural development still had weak links,the imbalance of urban and rural development was not sufficient,and the level of county economic development was lagging behind.This paper analyzed the current situation of the development of rural industry in Liaoning Province,and proposed relevant policy recommendations.
