568名实习医学生生前预嘱认知现状调查

Investigation on the knowledge in advance directives of 568 internship students

目的探讨实习医学生生前预嘱(advance directives,ADs)认知与接受度现状,并分析其影响因素.方法采用便利抽样及问卷调查法,对江苏大学医学院10所实习医院568名实习医学生进行调查.结果共发放问卷603份,回收有效问卷568份(94.1%),男女生比例接近0.5:1.本研究中实习医学生ADs认知度中等,意愿强烈;本科、临床医学专业实习生ADs认知度最高.结论虽然大多数实习医学生接触过ADs的学习,对ADs持积极态度,但学习途径较为滞后,对医、护、患共同合作的认知度低.建议高校、医院在实习医学生培养阶段开设ADs针对性内容,扩大普及宣传力度,鼓励实习生在课堂上讨论,把学习的知识及时向家人、患者等周围人转化,为实习医学生未来临床工作做好角色准备,以正确引导患者做出理智选择.

Objective The objective of this study was to explore the knowledge and acceptance of advanced directives(ADs)among internship students and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 568 intern medical students from 10 internship hospitals for School of Medicine,Jiangsu University,were investigated by convenience sampling and questionnaire survey.Results A total of 603 questionnaires were sent out and 568 valid questionnaires(94.1%)were collected.The ratio of boys to girls was close to 0.5∶1.In this study,the internship medical students had moderate ADs awareness and strong willingness;undergraduate and clinical medical interns had the highest ADs awareness.Conclusions Although most internship medical students have been exposed to ADs learning and have a positive attitude towards ADs,their learning approaches are lagging behind and their awareness of the cooperation between doctors,nurses and patients is low.It is recommended that colleges and hospitals should set up specific contents of ADs in the training stage of internship medical students,expand the popularization and publicity,encourage interns to discuss in class,transform the knowledge learned into family members,patients and other surrounding people in time,and prepare interns for their future clinical work,so as to guide patients to make rational choices correctly.
