艾司奥美拉唑钠针剂和奥美拉唑针剂治疗上消化道出血的临床效果

Clinical effects of esomeprazole sodium injection and omeprazole injection on upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的探究艾司奥美拉唑钠针剂和奥美拉唑针剂治疗上消化道出血的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2018年12月我院收治的60例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。在扩容、补液、止血、营养支持等常规治疗的基础上,对照组采用奥美拉唑针剂治疗,观察组采用艾司奥美拉唑钠针剂治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果、止血时间和平均治愈时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者止血时间、平均治愈时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论艾司奥美拉唑钠针剂治疗上消化道出血的效果优于奥美拉唑针剂,能明显缩短止血时间和平均治愈时间,提高止血率,促进患者康复。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of esomeprazole sodium injection and omeprazole injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding admitted in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment such as dilatation,rehydration,hemostasis and nutritional support,the control group was treated with omeprazole injection,and the observation group was treated with esomeprazole sodium injection.The therapeutic effects,hemostasis time and average healing time of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the hemostasis time and average healing time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Esomeprazole sodium injection is superior to omeprazole injection in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which can significantly shorten the hemostasis time and average healing time,reduce the hemostasis rate and promote the recovery of patients.
