左氧氟沙星联合不同抗菌药物治疗多重耐药菌致医院获得性肺炎患者的临床效果

Clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with different antibiotics on patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria

目的分析左氧氟沙星联合不同抗菌药物治疗多重耐药菌致医院获得性肺炎患者的临床效果。方法将我院收治的78例多重耐药菌致医院获得性肺炎患者根据随机分配原则分为对照组与观察组,各39例。对照组采用左氧氟沙星联合头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组则采用左氧氟沙星联合比阿培南治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组细菌清除率、未清除率、部分清除率以及替换率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的体温、肺部体征、胸片异常阴影、白细胞计数以及hs-CRP水平恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予多重耐药菌致医院获得性肺炎患者应用左氧氟沙星联合比阿培南进行治疗,可提高病菌的清除率。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with different antibiotics on patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria.Methods According to the principle of random assignment,78 patients with hospital acquired pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria admitted in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group were treated with levofloxacin combined with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,while the observation group were treated with levofloxacin combined with biapenem.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The bacterial clearance rate,non-clearance rate,partial clearance rate and replacement rate of the observation group were all significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,pulmonary signs,abnormal shadow on chest X-ray,white blood cell count and hs-CRP level in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with biapenem for patients with hospital-acquired pneumonia caused by multidrug resistant bacteria may improve bacterial clearance rate.
