产后颅内静脉窦血栓形成8例分析并文献复习

Analysis of 8 cases of postpartum cerebral venous sinus chrombosis and literature review

颅内静脉窦血栓形成(CVST)是由多种原因造成的颅内静脉回流受阻的一组血管疾病,其发病率在整体人群中所占比例不高,占所有卒中的0.5%,但CVST在孕产妇中却是较为常见的神经系统急症。其发病原因比较复杂,临床常见症状及体征依次为头痛、癫痫发作、局灶性神经功能缺损、意识障碍及视乳头水肿。因其早期临床表现缺乏特异性,故易造成漏诊、误诊,甚至发生严重后遗症。现回顾我科收治的8例CVST病例的临床资料,并进行相关文献复习,以加强临床医师对该疾病的认识。

Cerebral venous sinus chrome(CVST)is a group of vascular diseases with obstruction of intracranial venous return caused by various reasons.The incidence of CVST is not high in the whole population,accounting for 0.5%of all stroke,but the CVST is a common nervous system emergency in pregnant and lying-in women.The disease has complex causes,the common clinical symptoms and signs of which are headache,seizure,focal neurological deficit,disturbance of consciousness and optic papilla edema.Due to the lack of specificity in its early clinical manifestations,it is easy to cause missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis,and even occurs serious sequelae.This article reviews the clinical data of 8 cases of CVST in our department and reviews the relevant literature in order to enhance clinicians'understanding of the disease.
