国产组合式输尿管软镜(少刚镜~?)联合钬激光治疗肾结石的临床效果

Clinical effect of domestic modular flexible ureteroscope(Shao Gang ureteroscope~?)combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal calculi

目的研究国产组合式输尿管软镜(少刚镜■)联合钬激光治疗肾结石的临床效果。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月在我院治疗的70例肾结石患者为研究对象,均采用国产组合式输尿管软镜(少刚镜■)联合钬激光进行治疗,观察其疗效。结果70例患者中,65例结石排净,3例有效清除,结石清除率为97.14%。术后并发症总发生率为5.71%。治疗后4周,患者血清β2-MG、BUN、Scr水平均明显降低,GQOL-74评分明显升高(P<0.05)。结论国产组合式输尿管软镜(少刚镜■)联合钬激光碎石术具备微创、有效和安全等优点,能明显改善肾结石患者的生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of domestic modular flexible ureteroscope(Shao Gang ureteroscope■)combined with holmium laser in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods A total of 70 patients with renal calculi treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as the the study objects.All patients were treated with domestic modular flexible ureteroscope(Shao Gang ureteroscope■)combined with holmium laser,and the curative effect was observed.Results Among 70 patients,there were 65 cases with completely removal of stones and 3 cases with effective removal of stones,the stone clearance rate was 97.14%.The total incidence of postoperative complications was 5.71%.Four weeks after treatment,the serum levels ofβ2-MG,BUN and Scr of patients significantly decreased,and the GQOL-74 score significantly increased(P<0.05).Conclusion Domestic modular flexible ureteroscope(Shao Gang ureteroscope■)combined with holmium laser has the advantages such as minimally invasive,effective and safe,it can significantly improve the quality of life of patients with renal caluculi,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
