运脾消食汤配合穴位推揉治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症的临床效果

Clinical effect of Yunpi Xiaoshi decoction combined with acupoint massage on infantile anorexia with spleen dysfunction

目的探析运脾消食汤配合穴位推揉治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症的临床效果。方法选取2017年2月至2018年10月于我院儿科进行诊治的92例脾失健运型厌食症患儿作为研究对象。依据患儿入院时间先后将其均分为中药组与联合组,各46例。中药组单纯采用运脾消食汤进行治疗,联合组采用运脾消食汤配合穴位推揉进行治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组体重、HGB、ALB水平均升高,且联合组高于中药组(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组的D-木糖排泄率、铁、锌、钙水平均显著高于中药组(P<0.05)。治疗10、15d后,两组中医证候积分均显著降低,且联合组低于中药组(P<0.05)。联合组的治疗总有效率显著高于中药组(P<0.05)。结论运脾消食汤配合穴位推揉治疗脾失健运型小儿厌食症的效果确切,可改善患儿的肠胃消化功能及厌食症状,增加食欲,促进微量元素的吸收,从而改善患儿的营养状况,值得推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Yunpi Xiaoshi decoction combined with acupoint massage on infantile anorexia with spleen dysfunction.Methods From February 2017 to October 2018,92 anorexia children with spleen dysfunction were selected as the study objects.According to the time of admission,the children were divided into traditional Chinese medicine group and combined group,with 46 cases in each group.The traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with Yunpi Xiaoshi decoction alone,and the combined group was treated with Yunpi Xiaoshi decoction combined with acupoint massage.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the body weight,levels of HGB and ALB levels of the two groups increased,and those in the combined group were higher than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,D-xylose excretion rate,levels of iron,zinc and calcium in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).After 10 and 15 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased significantly,and those in the combined group were lower than the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yunpi Xiaoshi decoction combined with acupoint massage has a definite effect in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen dysfunction.It can improve the digestive function and anorexia symptoms of children,increase appetite and promote the absorption of trace elements,thus improving the nutritional status of children,which is worth promoting.
