复合型健康教育模式在提升优质护理内涵质量中的应用价值 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨复合型健康教育模式在提升优质护理内涵质量中的应用价值。方法选取2018年6月至2018年12月我院收治的840例患者,将其按照教育模式的不同分为对照组和观察组,各420例。对照组采用传统健康教育模式,观察组采用复合型健康教育模式。比较两组护理满意度、SAS评分、健康教育知识掌握情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者SAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,两组SAS评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组药物知识、穴位知识、锻炼知识及总体认知水平掌握评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复合型健康教育模式可提高患者的护理满意度及健康教育知识掌握水平,改善生活质量,促进患者身体康复,降低其并发症发生率,提升优质护理内涵质量。 Objective To explore the application value of compound health education model in improving the connotation and quality of quality nursing.Methods A total of 840 patients admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to December 2018 were divided into control group and observation group according to different education modes,with 420 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional health education mode,while the observation group adopted compound health education mode.The nursing satisfaction,SAS scores,mastery of knowledge of health education and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The mastery scores of drug knowledge,acupoint knowledge,exercise knowledge and overall cognitive level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound health education model has clinical application value in improving patients'nursing satisfaction and knowledge level of health education,improving patients'quality of life,promoting physical rehobilitation of patients,reducing the incidence of complications and improving the connotation quality of quality nursing.
