加速康复外科理念在人工全膝关节置换患者术后护理中的应用价值

Application value of fast track surgery concept in postoperative nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty

目的探讨加速康复外科理念在人工全膝关节置换患者术后护理中的应用价值。方法回顾分析我院2013年6月至2018年7月收治的100例人工全膝关节置换患者的临床资料,按照不同的护理方案将其分为参照组与研究组,各50例。参照组给予常规外科护理干预,研究组给予加速康复外科理念护理干预。比较两组住院时间、首次下床活动时间、引流管拔出时间、疼痛及膝关节功能恢复情况。结果研究组的住院时间、首次下床活动时间及引流管拔出时间均短于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后2、4、6周,研究组的VAS评分低于参照组,HSS评分高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在人工全膝关节置换患者术后护理中应用加速康复外科理念,可促进患者痊愈,缩短其住院时间。

Objective To explore the application value of fast track surgery concept in the postoperative nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from June 2013 to July 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into reference group and research group according to different nursing schemes,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine surgical nursing intervention,while the research group was given nursing intervention of fast track surgery concept.The hospitalization time,the first time out of bed,the time to pull out the drainage tube,the pain and the recovery of knee joint function were compared between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time,the first time out of bed and the time to pull out the drainage tube in the research group were shorter than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Two,four and six weeks after nursing,the VAS score of the research group were lower than those of the reference group,and the HSS scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the fast track surgery concept in the postoperative nursing of patients with total knee arthroplasty can promote the recovery of patients and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
