摘要
某些工况下使用的单级液压缸行程可达5~20m,零件长度过长导致挠度变形大等问题,常规液压缸的结构设计及加工方法并不适用,为此该文设计了一种新型内置位移传感器结构和一种新型缓冲装置,适合应用于超长行程液压缸。
Under some working conditions,the stroke of single-stage hydraulic cylinder can reach 5~20 m,and the deflection and deformation of parts are large because of the long length.The structure design and processing method of conventional hydraulic cylinder are not applicable.Therefore,a new type of built-in displacement sensor structure and a new type of buffer device are designed in this paper,which are suitable for the application of ultra-long-stroke hydraulic cylinder.
