Intelligent Manufacturing for Aircraft Based on Digital Transformation

介绍了中国数字化制造的发展水平与前景,阐述了工业4.0中的核心观念,以及大飞机数字化转型的实施路径。目前全球各工业强国都将目光投向了新一代智能制造,数字化转型作为智能制造的基础,逐渐成为大多数企业的战略核心。飞机制造业也正在通过数字化转型培育新的制造业生态,实现高速度、高质量、低成本发展。中国大飞机正按照数字化、网络化、智能化三步走实施智能制造建设,同时将5G技术与飞机的智能制造相结合。本文对大飞机基于数字化转型智能制造的实施路线进行了系统的阐释。

This paper introduces the development level and prospects of digital manufacturing in China, and explains the core concepts of Industry 4.0 and the implementation path of digital transformation of large aircraft. At present, all the industrial powers in the world have turned their attention to the construction of intelligent manufacturing. As the basis for intelligent manufacturing, digital transformation has gradually become the strategic core of most enterprises. The aircraft manufacturing industry is also cultivating a new manufacturing ecosystem through digital transformation to achieve high speed, high quality and low cost development. China’s large aircraft is implementing intelligent manufacturing in accordance with the three steps of digitalization, networking and intelligence. At the same time, it also conbines 5 G technology with the intelligent manufacturing of aircraft. This paper systematically explains the implementation route of large aircraft based on digital transformation intelligent manufacturing.
