不同药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕的疗效对比研究

Comparative study on the effects of different drugs on endometriosis combined with infertility

目的分析不同药物治疗子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者的效果。方法从我院收治子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者中抽取76例,纳入时间2016年1月~2018年2月,将其随机分成2组:37例对照组采用西医治疗,39例试验组采用中西医结合治疗,统计2组治疗结果。结果试验组好转率为94.9%,比对照组的75.7%高,差异显著(P<0.05)。随访1年后,试验组妊娠率为87.2%,复发率为7.7%,和对照组的67.6%、27.0%相比,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论给予子宫内膜异位症合并不孕患者中西医结合治疗,可提高治疗结果,改善妊娠结局,值得借鉴。

Objective to analyze the effects of different drugs on patients with endometriosis combined with infertility. Methods 76 cases of infertility patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into two groups from January 2016 to February 2018. 37 cases in the control group were treated with western medicine, and 39 cases in the experimental group were treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. Results the improvement rate of the experimental group was 94.9%, higher than that of the control group (75.7%), with a significant difference (P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, the pregnancy rate of the experimental group was 87.2%, and the recurrence rate was 7.7%, which was significantly different from that of the control group (67.6%, 27.0%)(P<0.05). Conclusion the treatment of endometriosis combined with infertility with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine can improve the treatment results and improve the pregnancy outcome, which is worthy of reference.
