The effect of early intervention on neural behavior of high-risk infants

目的研究高危儿早期干预对神经行为发育的影响。方法选择于2016年1月—2017年1月在泰安市妇幼保健院新生儿科重症监护室接受治疗,并且治愈出院的高危儿158例作为研究对象,根据家长的意愿分为常规组和干预组。干预组80例出院后建立高危儿档案接受规范早期干预,常规组78例接受常规喂养。选择同期进行常规查体的健康新生儿80例设为对照组。三组均随访到12月龄。12月龄时采用Gesell发育量表进行神经心理行为发育情况检测,根据评估结果对高危儿的预后及智能发育情况进行比较。结果早期干预组5个功能区发育商(DQ)均高于常规组,后遗症的发生率明显低于常规组,P<0.05。结论系统规范的早期干预、及时随访、脑康复训练治疗,能够促进高危儿的智能及运动的发育,降低神经系统后遗症的发生,降低家长的焦虑,提高患儿的生活质量,从而减轻社会的负担。

Objective To investigate the effect of early intervention on neural behavior of high-risk infants.Methods There were 158 high-risk infants who received treatment in Tai’an maternal and child health hospital from January 2016 to January 2017.and they were divided into the routine group and the intervention group according to the wishes of parents.80 high-risk infants in the intervention group received early intervention.78 high-risk infants in routine group received routine care.80 healthy children were set as the control group at the same time.They were followed up to 12 months old.We used Gesell chart to detect the neuropsychological behavior.According to the evaluation results,the prognosis and intelligent development of high-risk infants are compared.Results The DQ of the five functional areas in the intervention group was higher than that of the routine group.The incidence of sequelae is significantly lower than that in the routine group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Early intervention,timely follow up and brain rehabilitation training can promote the development of intelligence and exercise of high-risk infants,reduce the occurrence of neurological sequelae,reduce parental anxiety and improve life quality of the children.
