桥接组合式内固定系统在骨折治疗中应用研究

Application of bridge combined fixation system in fracture treatment

目的比较采用桥接组合式内固定系统与钢板或髓内钉固定在长管状骨骨折中的治疗效果。方法选取四肢长管状骨骨折患者78例,随机分为两组,每组39例。A组采用桥接组合式内固定系统固定,B组采用钢板或髓内钉固定,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、并发症、骨折愈合情况及肢体功能。结果A组的手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间均明显低于B组,P<0.05。A组的骨折模糊及骨折线消失时间均短于B组,P<0.05。根据Sander标准进行肢体功能评价,A组优良率高于B组。结论桥接组合式内固定系统治疗四肢骨折,符合生物力学固定特性,手术操作简便灵活,手术时间短,出血量少,并发症少,骨折愈合快,肢体功能恢复好,是治疗四肢骨折的一种较好的内固定方式,具有良好的应用前景。

Objective To compare the efficacy of bridged combined fixation system and steel plate or intramedullary nail in the treatment of long tubular bone fracture.Methods Seventy-eight patients with long tubular bone fracture of extremities were randomly divided into two groups,39 cases in each group.A group used bridge combined fixation system and the B group used steel plate or intramedullary nail.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,hospitalization time,complications,fracture healing and limb function were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,bleeding volume and hospitalization time of A group were significantly lower than those of B group (P< 0.05).The time of blurred fracture and disappearance of fracture line in the A group was shorter than that in the B group (P<0.05).According to Sander's criteria,the excellent and good rate of A group was 97.4%,which was higher than that of B group (92.3%).Conclusion Bridged combined fixation system is a new choice of internal fixation for limb fracture,which has the characteristics of simple and flexible operation,short operation time,less bleeding,fewer complications,fast fracture healing and good recovery of limb function.It has good application prospects.
