京津冀体育产业协同发展策略研究

The Research of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Sports Industry Coordinated Development Strategy

国家体育产业政策利好和京津冀协同发展战略的实施,为京津冀体育产业协同发展带来历史性机遇。采用文献资料法及逻辑分析法对京津冀体育产业协同发展现状和障碍进行研究,结果认为:京津冀体育产业协同发展的合作机制稳步推进,体育产业基地布局合理,职业赛事和群众赛事协同发展,协同运营体育场馆。京津冀体育产业协同发展存在的障碍:体育产业资源分布不均、产业政策存在地域壁垒、协同创新能力不足、全民健身公共服务供给能力差距大。从资源共享、政策协同、协同创新机制建设、全民健身协同发展四个方面提出京津冀体育产业协同发展的推进策略。

Chinese central government ' s policy for promoting sport industry and the implementation of the strategy for the coordinated development of the Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region,provides a golden opportunity for the integrated and coordinated development of sport industry in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region.This paper probes the current situation and obstacles of this regional cooperation in sport industry through literature review and logical analysis.The results show that,the cooperation mechanism of the coordinated development of the sports industry in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei has been steadily promoted,and reasonable layout of sports industrial base,developing professional sports and mass sports hand in hand,cooperated closely in managing sports venues.But unbalanced distribution of sport industry resources,industrial policy exist regional barrier,insufficiency in innovation in coordination,and large gap in the supply of public health services,form obstacles to the integrated and coordinated development of sport industry in Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei region.In response to this,the study formulates the promoting strategy for efficiently and healthily developing Beijing - Tianjin - Hebei sport industry in four aspects:the three parties should share resources openly and efficiently,adjust their own polices in a mutually beneficial way,develop a mature mechanism for collaborative innovation,coordinate with each other more positively in the program of Fitness For Everyone.
