高职学生体育生活方式与网络成瘾的相关关系分析——以枣庄科技职业学院为例

The Investigation of Sports Lifestyle and Internet Addiction Status in the Students——take the Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology as an example

文章运用文献资料法,问卷调查法和数理统计法,选取枣庄科技职业学院全日制大专生4222名为研究对象,探讨了体育生活方式与网络成瘾的相关关系,为今后从体育生活方式方面制定预防及改善高职学生网络成瘾的策略,提供了重要的理论基础与科学依据。结果表明:枣庄科技职业学院学生网络成瘾流行率为11.1%,经过多因素调整后,健康自评、体育参与(体育人口)和体育支持(家人)是网络成瘾的独立影响因素。培养良好体育生活方式可能成为预防网络成瘾或改善网络成瘾状况的一种有效方式,如家人更加积极地鼓励和支持学生参与体育活动,培养学生对体育运动的兴趣等。

This paper used literature,questionnaire surveys and statistical analysis methods to study the association between internet addiction and sports lifestyle in 4 222 students from students of Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology,which provides an important theoretical and scientific basis for formulating strategies to prevent or improve students’ internet addiction from sports lifestyle in the future. The results showed that the prevalence of internet addiction among students in Zaozhuang Vocational College of Science and Technology was 11. 1%. After adjustment of confounding factors,self-assessment of health, sports participation( sports population) and sports support( family) were independent influencing factors of Internet addiction. Developing a good sports lifestyle can be an effective way to prevent or improve internet addiction. For example,family members can be more active in encouraging and supporting students to participate in sports activities.
