摘要
目前全科住院医师规范化培训(住培)轮转涉及20多个专业及多个医疗机构,因流程繁复、要求较高等因素而在协调管理方面常出现一些问题。本文运用SWOT分析法,对我院实行的全科住培专业基地院领导负责制,从优势(Strengths,S)、劣势(Weaknesses,W)、机遇(Opportunities,O)、威胁(Threats,T)几个方面进行探讨分析,全面挖掘该机制在具体实施中涉及的多种挑战与机遇,同时积极寻求应对策略,以期更好地推动全科住培工作的开展及落实。
The standardized training of general residents(resident training) involves more than 20 professional and multiple medical institutions at present and there are often some problems in coordination of management because of complicated processes and high requirements. Based on the SWOT analysis method,this paper analyzes the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the hospital president responsibility system in our professional base of general resident training in order to fully excavate the various challenges and opportunities involved in the implementation of the mechanism,actively seek countermeasures and better promote the implementation of general resident training.
