贵州“应用型、创新型”特色药学人才培养体系探索

Cultivation System for Pharmaceutical Talents in Guizhou with Applied and Creative Ability

随着近年贵州省医药创新步伐的加快,亟需培养掌握地区特色药品知识,能够提出和解决科学问题,具备创新思维的“应用型、创新型”药学人才,以支撑贵州区域医药产业发展。本文阐述了药学人才培养应符合区域医药经济发展的需要,结合药学专业发展特点和贵州地方特色,从课程结构与内容、教学方法与考核制度、药学专业实验等方面对药学教育改革进行了初步探讨,提出了融合现代信息技术与教育教学方法,建立校企协同育人机制等具体措施,为地区特色药学人才培养提供建议与思路。

In recent years, the pace of innovation in the pharmaceutical industries of Guizhou province was accelerated. It is an urgent task to cultivate “practical and innovative” pharmaceutical talents with innovative thinking who can master the knowledge of regional drugs, raise and solve scientific problems, which is the support for the sustained development of regional pharmaceutical industry in Guizhou. This paper expounds that the cultivation of pharmaceutical talents should meet the needs for the development of regional medical economy. A preliminary discussion on the reform in pharmaceutical education was focused on the aspects of the curriculum structure and content, teaching methods, appraisal system and pharmacy experiments in consideration of the development of pharmacy profession and the local characteristics of Guizhou. We proposed some concrete measures including integration of modern information technologies and teaching methods, establishing the school-enterprise collaborative education mechanism, which provided the suggestions and ideas for the cultivation of local characteristic pharmaceutical talents.
