摘要
目的探讨基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学模式在灾难医学检伤分类教学中的应用价值。方法选取中山大学2013级临床医学八年制专业三个班共96名学生为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学模式,对照组采用传统教学模式。课程结束后,比较两组学生的理论考试成绩、桌面推演成绩以及对各自所接受教学方法的满意度情况。结果每组学生48人。两组学生在性别、年龄、以往成绩以及课前测试成绩比较上,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组学生的理论考试成绩(P=0.024)、桌面推演考核的个人成绩(P=0.046)与小组成绩(P=0.018)均高于对照组学生的成绩,其差异具有统计学意义。课后对教学效果的满意度调查结果显示,翻转课堂组学生对该教学模式的评价更高。结论基于微信平台的翻转课堂教学模式可提高灾难医学检伤分类的教学效果,利于增强学生对该课程的学习兴趣,可为后续灾难医学课程的教学提供参考。
Objective The goal of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness and acceptability of the flipped classroom on Wechat platform in the teaching of mass casualty incident (MCI) triage. Methods Ninety-six eight-year program medical students in Sun Yat-sen University were randomly divided into two groups. One group participated in flipped classroom (FG) on Wechat platform, and the other was assigned to traditional lecture-based classroom group (TG). Pre- and post-tests were performed to assess student learning of the course. Feedback questionnaires were collected to compare students' perspectives on the teaching approach they experienced. Results There were 48 students in each of the group. The gender ratio, ages, grade point average(GPA) and pre-test of the course for the two groups were comparable( P>0. 05). After the course was implemented, the theory scores ( P = 0. 024), individual scores(P=0. 046)and team scores(P=0. 018) of the tabletop of the FG were higher than those of the TG, and the differences were statistically significant. Students of the FG had good feedback towards the teaching model after class. Conclusion The flipped classroom on Wechat platform in the teaching of MCI triage has shown a better learning outcome. Flipped classroom is an effective teaching which can enhance the students' learning interest, and can be used as a reference for further disaster medicine teaching in undergraduate.
