在校医学生对专科医师规范化培训制度的认知度及心理压力调研 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解临床医学专业在校本科生对专科医师规范化培训制度的认知度及由此带来的心理压力,旨在为该政策的推行和完善提供依据。方法于2017年5月对某医科大学五年制临床专业的大一、大二在校生进行抽样调研。结果本次调研回收有效问卷195份(有效回收率97.5%),83.6%的在校生对专培制度较为了解;88.7%的学生表示专培制度给自己带来了心理压力;心理压力的主要来源是就业收入延迟和学历要求增高;22.6%的学生表示毕业后会弃医从事其他行业。结论学校应建立有效机制进一步加强在校生对专培制度的教育,提高其认知度;针对性地加强心理辅导,减轻专培制度给在校生带来的心理压力;改善培养对象的待遇、健全教学管理体制,以提高医学生对专培政策的支持度。 Objective To investigate the medical students'cognition and psychological pressure of standardized training system for specialist physicians with the implementation of the system, the purpose is to provide evidences for the implementation and improvement of the policy. Methods Students majored in clinical medicine were chosen from Guangdong Medical University and surveyed with questionnaire in May 2017. Results A total of 195 valid questionnaires were collected (effective recovery rate of 97.5%), in which 83. 6% of them had basic understanding about the standardized training system for specialist physicians, and 88. 7% students said the system had brought them psychological pressures, which mainly comes from delayed incomes and higher education requirements. 22. 6% of the students said they might abandon the medical profession and engage in others after graduation. Conclusion Schools should establish effective mechanisms to further to further strengthen the education of undergraduates on the system to improve their cognition. Psychological counseling should be strengthened to relieve the psychological pressure brought by the regulation training system to students. We should improve the income of the trainees and perfect the teaching management system for improving the support of medical students to the policy of regulation.
