摘要 老龄化社会和科技的进步对临床医生的沟通能力提出了巨大挑战。目前大部分医学院校缺乏临终关怀课程和相关培训。反思性教学模式是近年来欧美流行的教学模式,旨在回顾性自我剖析基础上让实习生更积极主动地发现问题和总结经验,提高沟通技能。基于培养学生反思能力的教学理念,设计针对临床实习医生的反思性教学模式,强调生物心理社会医学模式的重要性,提高医学生人文素养。 The aging society and technology development raise great challenges to communication ability of clinicians. At present, most medical colleges lack end-of-life care education and related training. Reflective teaching is a popular teaching mode in Europe and America in recent years. It aims to make interns more proactive in discovering problems and summing up experience to improve communication skills on the basis of retrospective self-analysis. Based on the teaching principle of cultivating reflective ability, we design reflective teaching mode for clinical interns to emphasize the importance of biopsycho- social medical model and improve the humanistic quality of medical students.
