摘要 目的 为改进来华留学生医学教育水平,在骨科临床教育中引入CBL教学和3D打印技术相结合的教学模式,希望能够改善教学质量,提高教学效果,吸引更多高层次的医学留学生来华学习.方法 选择2016年1月1日至2017年12月31日在西安交通大学医学部进行临床学习的留学生共62人,按学历和性别随机分为两组,其中一组为传统授课LBL模式组,另一组为CBL教学+3D打印模式组.采用闭卷骨科理论考试、操作考试和问卷形式的课堂综合评价来评估教学效果.结果 3D+ CBL可以有效地提高学习成绩,促进留学生掌握知识点,并从各方面显著提高了课堂的综合效果,调动了学生的主观能动性.结论 3D打印辅助CBL教学方法不但能够调动留学生的学习主动性,提高临床思维能力,而且能够提高留学生对骨科疾病的感性认识,促进留学生建立全面系统的临床知识体系. Objective To improve the medical education level of international students in China, the teaching mode combining CBL and 3D printing technology has been introduced into the clinical education of orthopedic, hoping to improve the teaching quality, improve the teaching effect and attract more high-level medical students to study in China. Methods A total of 62 international students in the Health Department of Xi'an Jiaotong University for clinical studies from January 1st, 2016 to December 31st, 2017 were selected, which were randomly divided into two groups according to their academic qualifications and gender, one of which was the traditional teaching LBL mode group and the other group was the 3D Printing assisted CBL mode group. The teaching effect was evaluated by using the comprehensive classroom evaluation of closed-book orthopedic theory examination, operation test and questionnaire form. Results 3D+CBL can effectively improve academic performance, promote international students to master knowledge points, and significantly improve the comprehensive effect of the classroom from all aspects, and mobilize students' subjective initiative. Conclusion 3D Printing assisted CBL mode can not only arouse the learning initiative of international students, improve their clinical thinking ability, but also improve the perceptual understanding of orthopedic diseases among international students, and promote the establishment of a comprehensive and systematic clinical knowledge system for international students.
