医学生使用医学绘图学习解剖学的比较——基于解剖绘图比赛的分析

A Comparison of Anatomy Learning Using Medical Illustration between Chinese Medical Students and Foreign Medical Students:An Analysis Based on the Results of an Anatomical Drawing Competition

目的通过调查分析西安交通大学医学部2018年医学解剖绘图比赛结果,比较中国医学生和留学生使用医学绘图学习解剖学的特点。方法由西安交通大学雁塔校区图书馆和基础医学院人体解剖与组织胚胎学系成立比赛组委会,进行推广,收集作品,并进行评审。最后对比赛结果做以总结和进行统计学分析。结果中国医学生参赛人数为25/4 919(0.51%)人,留学生参赛人数是7/632(1.10%)人,两者相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。两者所采用绘图方法相比亦无显著性差异(P=0.09),都倾向于选择彩色绘图。参赛作品选择题材方面,留学生的作品中有5(71.43%)幅心脏大体解剖题材。结论通过本次绘画比赛发现,中国医学生和留学生在解剖绘画掌握程度没有明显差异,在绘画方法方面都注重彩色绘图,但作品选题不同。

Objective To compare the popularity of anatomy learning using medical illustration between Chinese medical students and foreign medical students by investigating and analyzing the results of medical anatomy drawing competition in Xi'an Jiaotong University health science center in 2018. Methods The Competition Organizing Committee was established by Yanta Campus Library, Department of Anatomy, Histology and Embryology of Xi'an Jiaotong University Health Science Center. The posters in Chinese and English were published for 3 months propagation. The Organizing Committee was responsible for collecting, preserving, and evaluating the entries. Finally, the results of the competition are summarized and analyzed statistically. Results The percentage of Chinese medical students participating in the competition was 25/4919 (0. 51%) and that of foreign medical students was 7/632 (1. 10%). There was no significant difference between them (P>0. 05). Both the Chinese students and foreign medical students used the similar drawing methods in this competition (P = 0. 09). Cardiopulmonary anatomy is the main theme of foreign medical students' works. In terms of theme selection, 5 (71. 43%) of the international students' works have the theme of cardiac gross anatomy. Conclusion From this anatomy drawing competition, we found that there is no significant difference in the popularity of anatomy learning using medical illustration between domestic medical students and foreign medical students in anatomy learning. In terms of painting methods, the competitors pay equal attention to sketching and colorful painting. There are differences in the theme of entries between Chinese medical students and foreign medical students in our school.
