同伴互助学习模式对提升外科学基本操作与无菌技术教学效果的实践研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的研究改良的同伴互助学习模式对提高外科学基本操作与无菌技术教学效果的作用,寻找提升临床医学专业操作技能课程中实践教学水平的方法。方法以外科学总论课程中的实践技能教学为研究内容,将某校某年级102名临床医学专业5年制学生随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用改进的同伴互助学习模式,对照组采用传统的个人自由练习模式。两组学生由同一批教师、在同一地点授课,学生课后可以自主预约开放实训室进行练习,并在实践技能考核前发放调查问卷。通过记录和分析实验组和对照组学生练习的次数和时长、实践技能考核成绩以及有效调查问卷,评估同伴互助学习模式对促使学生自主学习和提高外科学实践技能水平的作用。结果实验组学生利用实训室开放练习的总时长大于对照组,且外科学实践技能考核成绩高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良的同伴互助学习模式比传统的个人自由练习模式更能有效促使学生自主学习,并能有效提高外科学实践技能操作成绩。同伴互助学习模式也可用于其它临床课程的实践教学。 Objective To assess the promotion effect of Peer-assisted Learning on the basic skills and aseptic technique practical teaching of surgery, and to find the pathway to improve the practical teaching level in clinical medicine courses. Methods The practical teaching of General Theory of Surgery was used as the research content. 102 5-year students majoring in clinical medicine in a certain grade in a certain school were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted the Peer-assisted Learning, and the control group adopted the traditional individual freely practice mode. The two groups of students were taught by the same teachers in the same place. After class, students can make an appointment to practice in open-training room. They were handed out questionnaires before the practical skills examination. By recording and analyzing the number and duration of practice, practical skills examination results and effective questionnaires of the experimental group and the control group, we evaluated the effect of the Peer-assisted Learning on promoting students' independent learning and improving their practical skills of surgery. Results The total practice time of the experimental group was longer than the control group, and the score of practical skills examination was higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional individual freely practice mode, the improved Peer-assisted Learning can promote students' independently study and improve the performance of practical skills examination of surgery. The Peer-assisted Learning can also be used in other practically teaching courses of clinical medicine.
