摘要
临床医学各学科的发展和教学模式越来越细化推动了临床医学的专业化、专科化发展,但也带来了医学知识的碎片化和诊疗实践趋于“公式化、机械化”的现实问题。如何将各医学领域知识理论和各临床专科最有效的实践经验进行整合,培养出岗位胜任力强、能够满足临床需要的应用型和创新型年轻医生,需要在医学教学模式上进行不断改革。我们将整合医学和思维的理念融入内科学临床医学教学实践中,改革传统临床教学模式,探索以临床问题为导向、以系统为主线、以病例教学为方法的整合理念教学体系,注重对学生整合能力、创新能力和实践技能的培养,并在具体实施过程中取得好的效果。
Modern internal medicine has developed into specialty divisions that focus on specific areas of internal medicine, promoting the professionalization and specialization of medical science. However, it also brings about the fragmentation of medical knowledge and the malfunction of diagnosis and treatment in clinical practice. How to integrate the knowledge theory of various medical fields and the most effective practical experience of various clinical specialties, and cultivate application-oriented and innovative doctors with strong competence to meet clinical needs. Optimizing our teaching mode may be a good choice. On the basis of deep understanding of the essential connotation of Holistic Integrated Medicine, we integrated the concept of Holistic Integrated Medicine into our practice of internal medicine teaching reform. To cultivate of medical students with integration, innovation ability and practical skills, we explored a Holistic Integrative Medicine-based teaching system that integrated clinical problems-based, system-based, and case-based teaching methods, achieved very good results.
