摘要 目的应用虚拟现实技术进行野战外科学实践教学相关内容设计,解决教学中的难点,引入现代信息化技术,探讨信息技术支持下的教育变革的实现,改善教学手段,提升教学质量。方法本研究采用虚拟现实技术作为《外科学及野战外科学》课程实践教学的辅助教学手段,以舰艇行进中脊柱战伤救治手术为切入点进行教学设计,具体介绍虚拟现实技术在脊柱海战伤实践教学中的探索应用。结果教学后,通过问卷调查对虚拟现实技术在外科学实践教学中的应用效果及教员教学质量进行分析、评价。课后学员对课程兴趣明显增加,提高了对知识点和技能的掌握速度和程度;教学质量自评得分为77.5分。结论将虚拟现实技术运用于野战脊柱外科实践教学获得了良好的效果,该教学设计非常适合军事相关特殊环境,高难度、高成本操作的教学。可推广性强,有较大的推广价值。 Objective To study the results of virtual reality assisted course of spine surgery, solve the difficulties in teaching, explore the realization of education reform under the modern information technology, and improve teaching methods and the quality of teaching. Methods Virtual reality was used as an assistant teaching method in the course of Surgery and Field Surgery. The teaching design was based on the treatment of spinal battlefield injuries. The exploration and application of virtual reality application in the practical teaching of spinal battlefield injuries were introduced in detail. Results After teaching, the application results of virtual reality in surgical practice teaching and teaching quality were analyzed and evaluated by questionnaire survey. The students' interest in the course was increased obviously, and the speed and degree of mastering knowledge and skills were improved. The teaching quality self-assessment score was 77. 5 points. Conclusion The application of virtual reality in the field of spinal surgery practice teaching has achieved good results. The teaching design is very suitable for special military environment, high difficulty and high cost operation teaching. It can be popularized and has great popularization value.
