通过选择乳液和高性能纳米色浆、优化涂料配方,得到了一种可用旋杯静电喷涂的水性木器涂料,大幅度提高了涂料利用率,不仅解决了堵枪的问题,同时也减小了色差。

With selected emulsion and high-performance nano pigment dispersion, we made a kind of waterborne wood coatings that could be sprayed with an electrostatic bell by optimizing the coatings formulation. The utilization ratio of coatings was greatly improved. We solved the problem of bell blocking and at the same time reduced color difference.
