高性能户外水性木器涂料用纯丙乳液的制备与研究 被引量:1

摘要 使用甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸正丁酯(BA)以及丙烯酸异辛酯(2-EHA)为主要单体,以甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、γ-甲基丙烯氧基丙基三甲氧基(A-174)、双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和己二酸二酰肼(ADH)为功能性单体,通过核壳、自交联技术合成了户外水性木器涂料乳液。研究了乳化剂、交联单体、硅烷偶联剂用量以及玻璃化转变温度对乳液性能的影响。结果表明:当乳液的玻璃化转变温度设计为10℃、乳化剂质量分数为1.5%、A-174质量分数为3%、DAAM质量分数为3%时,合成的水性户外木器涂料用乳液具有优异的贮存稳定性、干燥速度、打磨性、抗回黏性、耐水性、柔韧性以及耐黄变性,完全可以满足水性户外木器涂料的使用。 Emulsion for waterborne outdoor wood coatings is synthesized through shell-core and self-crosslinking technologies with MMA, BA and 2-EHA as the main monomers and with MAA, A-174, DAAM and ADH as the functional monomers. The effects of the emulsifier, crosslinking monomers, silicane coupling agent dosage and Tg on emulsion properties are studied. The results show: when the emulsion’s Tg is set at 10%, the emulsifier content is 1.5%, the A-174 content is 3% and the DAAM content is 3%, the emulsion for waterborne outdoor wood coatings synthesized has excellent storage stability, drying speed,rubbing property, after-tack resistance, water resistance, flexibility and yellowing resistance, fully meeting the requirements of waterborne outdoor wood coatings.
