摘要 介绍了一种环氧树脂和酚类固化剂组成的低温固化粉末涂料的制备方法,通过对主要成膜物环氧树脂/固化剂体系的研究,探讨了固化促进剂用量的影响,以及纹理剂、铝粉的优化选用等研究实验过程。该方法制备的低温固化锤纹粉末涂料可在120℃、20 min条件下完全固化,其涂层具有极佳的装饰性、优异的附着力、极好的耐腐蚀性和机械性能,是一种节能环境友好的绿色涂料。 This paper introduces the method of preparing a kind of low temperature curable powder coatings consisting of epoxy resin and phenolic curing agent. Through the study of the main film forming epoxy resin/curing agent system, the influence of curing accelerator dosage and the optimization of texture agent and aluminum powder are discussed. The low temperature curable hammer powder coatings prepared by this method can be completely cured under the condition of 120℃/20 min. The coatings have excellent decorativeness, adhesion, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. It is a kind of energy-saving and environmentally friendly green coatings.
